The PET for Schools examination is part of a group of general English exams made by Cambridge ESOL. PET is at level B1 in regards to the Council of Europe’s Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, teaching and assessment. PET is a useful exam for higher-level exams if you want to take them in the future. At this B1 level, you are supposed to know how to deal with everyday written and spoken communication.
